The Magic of the Kitchen Garden

Share herbs with Amber Starr who holds an Associates in Landscape Ornamental Horticulture as well as 10 years working in the field. Her passions expand outwards into Herbal Medicine, 200 YTT (including 5 years teaching). Amber will delve in to lavender, mint, rosemary, sage, and thyme, that are easy to grow, readily available, and outside of their traditional culinary properties; have so many useful and medicinal properties! Not only will you learn about how to grow and dry these herbs, but you will also learn how to utilize the medicinal properties of these plants to better your mind, body, and spirit. Bring a journal and pen for notes.  If you wish to purchase herbs and pot them be prepared to get your hands dirty!
