Table Top Trees
Table Top Tree Workshop Friday, December 13 10 am – 12 pm Alison Webb $65 What could be more charming than a delightfully decorated miniature tabletop Christmas Tree of cut evergreens, primarily boxwood, and other natural seasonal additions that will last through out the holiday season. Learn how to construct, shape and decorate your own long lasting tree. Table Top trees are the perfect gift for shut-ins or folks with a small space. Feel free to bring your own miniature holiday lights and decorations to enhance your design. Sharp clippers and a paring knife are a must! Refreshments provided Adult Class. Limit 8 Alison Webb AIFD was inducted into the American Institute of Floral Designers (AIFD) in 1985 while working and living in Baltimore, Maryland. Upon retirement from the floral industry, she moved to the Maryland/Delaware coast and has transitioned her floral love into plants, particularly natives. Gnome for the Holidays Saturday, December 14 10 am – 12 pm $20 Who can resist an adorable gnome for the holidays? Come and create a cute gnome to decorate your porch, front yard, or garden space! Your own mythical, gnome holiday masterpiece comes alive using fresh evergreen boughs along with Santa hat and mittens! Even the winter garden needs a holiday gnome to guard our precious Native Plants while they sleep. We supply the instruction, topiary form, fresh evergreen boughs, floral wire, Santa hat, mittens and gnome nose. Bring a friend for twice the fun! Click here for tickets

Have you ever been intrigued by tiny, tiny trees in pots? Welcome to the Japanese art of bonsai! The ultimate goal of growing a bonsai is to create a miniaturized, but realistic representation of nature in the form of a tree. Creating a tiny tree can be tranquil, and fun!
New members are welcome to join our Inland Bays Garden Center Bonsai Club – there is no cost to join. Club members have all levels of expertise – most started as beginners interested in the art of bonsai. You may bring a tree to work on or start with one of the small trees available at the garden center.
